The Makens Company is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the exclusive tenant representative of Costco Wholesale Stores for the DFW area. Costco is one of the nations largest and most visible retailers with over 550 stores across the country. The Makens Company will provide tenant representation services for land for future Costco stores as well as consult on matters related to development such as municipal code compliance and TXDOT permitting.
