Connected Development Services Purchases 17.9 Acres

Connected Development Services has purchased 17.9 acres in Mansfield from Mansfield SAM LP. The property will be used for the development of a retail power center. R. Copley Broer, Senior Associate of The Makens Company, represented the seller in the transaction. Terry Syler of the Retail Connection represented the buyer.
