Bill Makens

Bill Makens is an Associate with The Makens Company. Bill specializes in both landlord and tenant representation for retail leasing. He is also designated as one of two in-house brokers for properties managed by TMC Management Company.

In addition, Bill has successfully completed several land sale transaction involving various national and regional retail buyers. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the North Texas Association of Realtors and the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council.

Bill joined the Makens Company in 2006 and holds a Business Administration degree from The University of North Carolina.
